The following are not eligible for refund:

- Zinzino Home Blood Test (valued at £200) - This is a third-party lab service shipped directly to you and cannot be refunded once ordered or shipped

- Digital Bonus Library (valued at £997 if purchased separately) - Once you access or download these materials, they cannot be "returned":

Important: We will refund your full $3,500 coaching investment (minus the Zinzino test) even if you've accessed digital materials. The digital materials themselves simply cannot be "un-downloaded" once you have them, but accessing them will NOT affect your refund eligibility. Weekly Check-Ins Explained

Weekly check-ins are short accountability forms (takes 5-10 minutes) that you submit between coaching sessions. They help you track progress, maintain momentum, and allow me to support you more effectively.

What's included:

- Physical body updates (energy, sleep, symptoms)

- Feminine embodiment practices completed

- Emotional breakthroughs or challenges

- Questions for our next call

These are submitted via a simple Google Form and are due 24 hours before each weekly coaching session.

Step 4: If eligible, full refund of £3,500 processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days
