My practice is focused exclusively in representing individuals and small to mid size businesses in resolving debt issues, protecting assets from creditors, and litigation involving the same. My background is in creditor side litigation, representing large financial institutions in foreclosure, eviction, and bankruptcy matters.
Prior to law school, I obtained my B.A. in Psychology and served in the U.S. Air Force (active and reserve) for nearly ten years during which I deployed for Operation Enduring Freedom in support of post 9/11 operations. I currently live in beautiful Mill Creek, WA with my wife Nellie, our son Isaac, and our dog Remy.
During my free time I enjoy organic cooking, travelling, martial arts, reading, and rooting for the Seahawks, Mariners, and Sounders.
